Picking, packing, labeling, kitting and binning:  Introduction, comparing SaaS to on- premise warehouse management system software, warehouse safety, collaboration, RF mobile in a warehousing operation, setting up a warehouse RF network, receiving, slotting, putaway, cycle counting, replenishment, picking: selecting the right systems, methods and technologies, kitting and sub- assembly, picking, annual/physical inventory.

Loading and unloading: Introduction, general cargo, refrigerated cargo, dry bulk cargo, loading & unloading containers, container position numbering, container loading and stowage.

Maintain integrity and ethics in operation: Impropriety, conflict of interest, influence, responsibilities to your employer, supplier and customer relationships, sustainability and social responsibility, confidential and proprietary information, applicable laws, regulations and trade agreements, professional competence.

Follow health, safety and security procedures: Introduction, materials handling, storage, health and safety management, occupational health, environment and welfare, electrical safety, accidents and emergencies, mechanical handling, manual handling, temperature-controlled storage, storage of packaged dangerous substances.

Handle perishable goods in warehouse: What are the good harvest and post-harvest handling practices, what are the components of good infrastructure for transportation, storage, cooling processing and marketing, what are the components of well- designed cold- chain system, how can it reduce food loss, categories of cold- chain, major cold- chain infrastructure, can energy requirement for cold- chains be reduced by use of superior technology, alternative energy source, etc.

Handle FMCG goods in a warehouse: Introduction, methodology, theoretical framework, emphirical findings, analysis.
