Carry out health screening and fitness assessment of the client: What is screening, aims of screening programmes, screening programmes as pathways, understanding how         screening tests work in practice, benefits and harm of screening, balancing benefits and harm, deciding whether to start or stop a screening programme, designing effective screening programmes, operational readiness, operating a screening programme, monitoring and evaluation.

Plan and conduct personal training: The importance of being a personal trainer, the mindset of a successful personal fitness trainer, exercise and the systems of the body, the nervous system, the muscular system, metabolism & energy systems, the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system, flexibility, safety, injury prevention & emergency care.

Analyze nutritional, health and Lifestyle data of physically active clients: Introduction: assessing individuals’ physical activity and motivation, stages of change assessment, different aspects of behavior assessment, different assessment modes: advantages and disadvantages, examples of objective measures to assess physical activity level and physical fitness, examples of objective measures to assess health.
